We’re hiring Content Writers for our Mumbai office. The Mumbai team works closely with brands, founders and campaign teams to write scripts, hooks and communication pieces for video and digital storytelling.

This role involves scripting for YouTube-style videos, founder pieces, ads and brand campaigns with a creator-first approach.

What You Will Work On

  • YouTube-style scripts (Hook → Setup → CTA)
  • Founder storytelling content
  • Brand + campaign messaging
  • Ad scripts and hooks
  • Interview outlines and talking points

Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs into structured scripts
  • Develop strong hooks and intro sequences
  • Collaborate with motion, design and production teams
  • Prepare scripts for filming and delivery
  • Iterate based on performance and feedback

Requirements

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Understanding of storytelling for digital video
  • Familiarity with YouTube formats
  • Comfort with feedback and revisions
  • Ability to write quickly without losing clarity

Nice to Have

  • Ad or campaign copywriting experience
  • Messaging + positioning understanding
  • Experience working with founders
