We’re hiring Content Writers for our Pune office. The Pune team focuses on writing structured YouTube-style scripts and narrative content for video production, explainers and educational content formats.

This role involves building formats, outlines and scripts that support editors, producers and motion teams.

What You Will Work On

  • YouTube-style video scripts
  • Explainer video scripts
  • Narrative outlines & talking points
  • Hook → Setup → CTA structure
  • Format documentation for recurring content

Responsibilities

  • Write in platform-native tone and style
  • Collaborate with editors and producers
  • Prepare script packages for filming
  • Iterate based on performance data
  • Support multi-script batching when needed

Requirements

  • Strong written communication
  • Understanding of creator content formats
  • Comfort with HOOK → SETUP → CTA flow
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused
  • Comfort with revisions and batching

Nice to Have

  • Experience with educational or explainer formats
  • Comfort working with producers
  • Basic familiarity with content editing workflows
