We’re hiring Graphic Designers for our Pune office. The Pune team focuses on thumbnail design, platform communication assets and reusable motion graphics inputs for the studio.

This role is well-suited for designers who enjoy execution, iteration and platform-first design thinking.

What You Will Work On

  • YouTube thumbnails and platform creatives
  • Motion graphics input assets
  • Vertical content graphics
  • Brand communication layouts
  • Reusable design templates

Responsibilities

  • Design thumbnail batches with performance considerations
  • Prepare assets for animation handoffs
  • Follow platform best practices for communication design
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Organize design files and export systems

Requirements

  • Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency
  • Understanding of digital layout and visual hierarchy
  • Comfort with performance-driven thumbnails
  • Comfort working within brand visual systems

Nice to Have

  • After Effects exposure
  • Figma exposure
  • Experience with YouTube or social content
  • Basic understanding of platform communication
