Lead Shoots, Coordinate Teams, Make Content Work

We’re hiring a Production Head for our Mumbai office. The role focuses on leading pre-production, shoot coordination and on-set execution for content involving founders, brands and campaign teams.

You will work closely with content producers, editors and motion teams to ensure shoots are planned well, executed smoothly and handed off cleanly to post.

What You Will Work On

  • Pre-production planning and breakdowns
  • Script to shot coordination
  • Call sheets, schedules and crew planning
  • On-set shoot execution and logistics
  • Talent and founder shoot coordination
  • Footage and asset handoff to post

Responsibilities

  • Prepare call sheets, equipment lists and shoot schedules
  • Scout and confirm locations when required
  • Coordinate camera, sound and lighting teams
  • Manage time and continuity on set
  • Interface with founders, clients and talent during shoots
  • Ensure footage and audio are backed up and logged cleanly
  • Sit with editors for lineup and context when needed

Requirements

  • Experience running shoots and coordinating crews
  • Understanding of cameras, lighting and sound basics
  • Comfort with scheduling and logistics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure and time management on set

Nice to Have

  • Experience with founder or brand content
  • Exposure to interviews and talking head setups
  • Basic understanding of post-production workflows
