We're hiring Video Editors in our Pune office. The Pune team is focused on production and post, editing a mix of long-form and short-form video content for brands, founders and digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role working closely with producers and designers in a studio-style environment.

What You Will Work On

  • YouTube long-form content
  • Brand films and product explainers
  • Interviews and narrative edits
  • Reels, Shorts and social cutdowns
  • Motion-assisted sequences

Responsibilities

  • Edit footage into well-structured stories
  • Collaborate with producers for feedback cycles
  • Add pacing, sound and music for better engagement
  • Organize project timelines and media assets
  • Prepare exports for platform-specific distribution

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Structured timeline and media management
  • Eye for pacing and narrative flow
  • Comfort with feedback and iteration

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics experience
  • Basic color grading
  • Audio cleanup and enhancement
  • Understanding of platform performance
